Graduate Engineer Trainee programme

A structured entry into large-scale infrastructure delivery — rotations across execution, planning and quality on live projects, with a confirmed posting at the end.

Eligibility

Who the programme is for

The GET programme recruits engineers who want to build, not just design — the criteria are simple and applied consistently.

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
  • Final-year students and recent graduates
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and a genuine interest in site work
  • Willingness to be posted at project sites across states

The programme

Rotations, in order

Each trainee moves through the same engineered sequence — from safety induction to a confirmed first posting.

  1. Phase 1

    Induction & HSE orientation

Company systems, engineering standards and site safety induction — before any trainee crosses a site gate, the rules of working safely are non-negotiable and fully taught.

  2. Phase 2

    Site execution rotation

Embedded with an execution team on a live package — setting out, pour cycles, work-front planning and the daily mechanics of getting quantities built.

  3. Phase 3

    Planning & monitoring rotation

The project seen from the programme side — schedules, progress measurement, resource planning and client reporting.

  4. Phase 4

    QA/QC rotation

The quality file as a discipline — sampling and testing regimes, inspection protocols and the documentation that payment and handover certification rest on.

  5. Phase 5

    Confirmation & first posting

A structured review of all rotations, then confirmation into the function and vertical where trainee performance and project need align.
